If Attain represents a claimant, any representative fee is governed by written agreement and applicable SSA authorization and rules. Under the SSA fee agreement process, representative fees generally may not exceed the lesser of 25% of past-due benefits or the applicable SSA dollar cap, currently $9,200. Different fee procedures or expense arrangements may apply in some circumstances, subject to SSA rules and written terms.

Claimants should not rely on a website submission alone to protect filing deadlines, appeal deadlines, hearing deadlines, continuing-disability-review deadlines, or other time-sensitive Social Security matters.
